Happenings Away From The Blog Oh boy, this week was different. Marcel had to stay home for two days because he came in contact with someone at school that had Covid. This means I had to stay home for two days as well. We are fine, we didn’t get sick. I used those two days to get caught up on book reviews and whatnot. You can probably tell because of the back-posted reviews that I made. Marcel also lost his second tooth last night! Pumpkin Spice is finally back at Starbucks. I do not spend money at Starbucks any other time of year. When they have Pumpkin Spice, I’m broke. I know it’s like super basic white girl stuff. I don’t care. It’s so yummy. I’ve become addicted to Animal Crossing again. I’m currently trying to type this post up as fast as I can so that I can play. I started my island over because I honestly was so unhappy with how I did everything and I just didn’t feel like paying to move everything around. So, I started over. Makes sense. Happenings Away From The Blog Honestly, I’ve been an absolute mess. As you can probably tell, I stopped blogging for a little bit. That is mostly due to my mental health getting pretty bad. I had a couple of mental breakdowns in the last two weeks and I’m honestly just so tired. We have decided to not move. That was too much stress to try and deal with along with everything else going on. So, we’re staying in our apartment that we’ve been in since 2012. I’m perfectly fine with that. We’ll move on when we’re ready. A new thing that has recently happened. Our bearded dragon is either ill or has a broken bone in his leg. We’re currently trying our hardest to help take care of him until we’re able to get him into a vet. (There aren’t that many vets in our area that take reptiles.) This has ultimately just completely ruined me because I know there’s nothing I can do besides making him as comfortable as possible. I’m working on my mental health day by day. If there is a week where I don’t po

Happenings Away From The Blog Hello and welcome back to my blog! I decided to start blogging again last week. I’m currently still going strong. By that, I mean I haven’t wanted to quit yet. I’m beginning to realize that going to WordPress is what makes me hate blogging. I’m not going back there again. In the coming weeks, I may not be blogging as much though. We’re in the process of moving so my spare time is either spent cleaning or packing. We haven’t moved since 2012 and I’m extremely nervous about this move. I’m also extremely annoyed that I have so many books to pack. As much as I love my books, I never thought I would ever have to move them. This is kind of part of the reason why I haven’t been buying as many physical books. Not much has happened work-wise. I got a super nice compliment from a client and it made me feel a lot better about what I do at work. I also took three days off, equalling five days off work. My son starts school again on Tuesday and I’m currently just helpi
