I'm beginning to think graphic novels are not for me. I love the idea of them. I love looking at all the different art styles. I just can't help but feel they're missing something. I've been so used to reading books all my life, picking up a graphic novel or manga kinda confuses me. I lose my mind that I don't get to read about inner thoughts and other things like that.

The Prince And The Dressmaker is a sweet book. It has a positive message. It supports the LGBTQ+ community. I just really didn't love this book. It definitely feels like it's meant for a younger crowd.

The main issue I had with this book is when Sebastian gets publicly outed against his will. This was not discussed nor did Marcel get punished for his crappy actions.

Also, Sebastian was kind of crappy towards Frances, his dressmaker. I understand that he doesn't want his secret out but he's stopping her from her dreams and just not treating someone that loves him unconditionally right. Also, I am calling Sebastian a "him" because I'm pretty sure it was not stated to call him something else? If I'm wrong, please correct me!

The art style to this book is just so beautiful. I love it. I really love the colors!

Happenings Away From The Blog Hello and welcome back to my blog! I decided to start blogging again last week. I’m currently still going strong. By that, I mean I haven’t wanted to quit yet. Books On My Fall TBR!
