My Review:

OMG, I loved this book. It was so cute and sexy at the same time. Macy and Elliott's relationship is beautiful. This book made me laugh and made me cry a little. I have loved every Christina Lauren book I've read so far. Can't wait to read another!

This is a slow-burn novel about two kids, Macy and Elliott, who meet in an odd place and stay great friends throughout their middle school and high school years. Their friendship eventually blooms into something more until it's no longer there. Mistakes are made and they lose contact with each other for ten years.

They run into each other years later at a cafe'. Macy is still hurt about Elliott's mistake and Elliott wants to make emends.

Love and Other Words is told in the now and then. I love that it jumps between the two. I love getting to see them begin to love each other as young kids and find their way back to themselves as adults. This book was absolutely amazing.

I think this is my favorite Christina Lauren book. I love the characters. I love the story. I love the writing style. This book is beautiful.
